The Production of manifolds for hydraulic components

To optimize the quality of processes, EUROFLUID HYDRAULIC divided into three areas defined its production of manifolds.

The first is composed by a department for the production of samples of the blocks. In this area, specialized employees with an high level of experience, thanks to the use of radial drills, machines and traditional tools, realize sampling from one to five manifolds, providing to the customer a high quality service.

The second area, composed by three vertical machining centres, is dedicated to batches from six to twenty blocks for the supply of medium complexity, of which once again a great skill and speed of realization is required.

The third area is able to cope with the manufacture of large quantities of blocks, composed of a department for the production of batches exceeding twenty pieces, it's composed of eight horizontal machining centres with a total of one hundred and ten pallets and about two thousand tools mounted in the machine.

The extreme flexibility in production allows, EUROFLUID HYDRAULIC to respond in a timely manner and targets to the needs of its customers; in compliance with high quality standard, the use of technologies and constant updating of its employees .There are the cornerstones on which EUROFLUID HYDRAULIC always believed and continues to invest.
